Hey chandan, thanks for coming back. Yes, the higher your page rank in Twitter, the more likely your tweets will reach the top of the search engine results for that particular subject/keyword. These are for real time search results, I’ve seen some of my tweets make it there. As usual, Google has defaults in place to filter out spam, so that’s why I emphasize relevance and quality in your tweets.
